Our Mission
AdaptiFit™ is building a new category of human-centered, injury-adaptive fitness. AdaptiFit’s™ mission is to redefine what fitness means by leading the world’s first intelligent, injury-responsive training system—combining elite coaching, AI-powered adaptation, and science-backed recovery to guide every individual, injured or not, through training that evolves with them. We exist to make consistent, personalized progress possible for anyone—no matter their starting point, setbacks, or schedule—by delivering fully integrated workouts, recovery plans, and real-time support that adjusts as life does. This is more than an app. This is the beginning of a new category of human-centered fitness.

1. Who we are
AdaptiFit™ (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides an AI-powered fitness and nutrition application available on the web and mobile devices.
2. Data we collect

3. How we use your data
- Generate and adapt workout and meal plans
- Provide AI coaching responses
- Send progress e‑mails or push notifications (opt‑out anytime)
- Improve and debug the app (aggregated, anonymised analytics)
4. Sharing and third‑party partners
We never sell personal data. We share data only with:
- OpenAI (or equivalent LLM provider) – to generate coaching text (identifiers removed)
- Payment processor (Stripe) – to handle subscriptions (no card details stored by us)
- Analytics – anonymised usage metrics (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Device / activity providers – e.g., Garmin, only after you authorise
5. Data retention
We keep profile and activity data until you delete your account or 24 months of inactivity, whichever occurs first.
6. Security
- TLS encryption in transit
- Encrypted cloud storage (AES‑256 at rest)
- Access limited to authorised staff using multi‑factor authentication
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may:
- Request a copy of your data
- Correct or delete data
- Object to certain processing

8. Children
AdaptiFit is not intended for users under 16. We delete any under‑age data on discovery.
